Meditation is a natural and healthy way to allow your mind and body to relax, it's been practised for centuries, as it is one of the most beneficial things you can do to bring balance and calm to your mind, body and soul.  In our everyday lives it's natural to find our thoughts racing from one thing to another in endless circles. This constant mental chatter can feel very draining, so much so, we crave a place with some stillness and solitude away from the hussle and bussle of daily life.  


The way we try to find this solitude is normally through a holiday, as our mind and body need regular periods of rest and relaxation so they can function properly, but most people can't afford regular holidays throughout the year and sometimes we can return from a holiday feeling more stressed than before we went. Many times people have commented that they have been on holiday only to think on returning I need another holiday to get over that one
.


By learning to meditate you can tap into this place of relaxation and tranquility, anytime, anywhere, and at a fraction of the cost of a holiday. In fact many doctors understand the benefits of regular meditation and advice patients who are suffering from stress related problems to adopt some form of relaxation into their lives to combat this and bring themselves back into balance
.

Anyone can learn to meditate and there are various methods of meditation available, some choose to focus on an object, or their breathing...others prefer to chant a particular word or phrase to help them reach their quiet place, others prefer guided meditations helping them find their peaceful place.

The meditations I offer are unique for each person as we are all different and have our own specific needs, what's right for one isn't always right for another. They are designed to help you feel empowered bringing into your life skills that you can use for the rest of your life.  I teach you how to avoid being affected by negative situations and people and also how to access your own in-tuition, to gain more clarity in your life so your life choices come from a place of empowerment rather than dis-empowerment.
